PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Preferably after contact, the customer will have to send by post or courier, at its own expense, the single unit (or more units) to:

Tele-Tek will take care of the internal battery replacement and than, will ship back directly to the customer by courier within 7 days after unit receiving.
The customer will pay cash to the courier at the time of delivery as from the following price list:

- It 's always advisable to replace both batteries when interphone has been purchased in pairs
- The customer must specify in a clear and full particulars of the sender (name, surname, address, house number, post code, town and phone number for availability by the courier)
